We are always at the forefront of serving Zindigi customers better and to cater their growing needs, we have implemented a few controls into the Zindigi account to mitigate risk of fraudulent activities.
Implemented framework has multiple aspects to safeguard customers’ account including a cooling off period in case of change in personal information.
Rule set of these implemented controls within Zindigi App are mentioned below:
Change of Email Journey: Upon successful change of email, you will land on the BVS verification process. Upon successful BVS verification from the app, a cooling off period will begin (2 hours). At the expiry of the cooling off period, your email will be updated. Meanwhile, you will continue to receive emails on your previous email address.
Change of Device journey: Upon successful OTP authentication on the new device, you will land on the BVS verification process. Upon successful BVS verification from the app, a cooling off period will begin (2 hours). At the expiry of the cooling off period, you will be able to login to the app.
Reset Pin Journey: Upon successful completion of the reset pin process, you will be able to login again after the pin change undergoes a cooling off period (2 hours).
Change Pin Journey: Upon successful completion of change pin process, you will be logged out of the app. You can login again after the pin change undergoes a cooling off period (2 hours).
IBFT Cooling Period: All incoming IBFTs for non-trusted customers undergo a cooling off period (2 hours).
