These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Zindigi x Transworld-Home promotion organized by Zindigi Powered by JS Bank. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Offer Details
- Zindigi Customers paying their Transworld-Home internet bills through the Zindigi App will be eligible for cashback promotions.
- The Offer is available to both Existing and New Customers.
- Customers must have a minimum balance of PKR 8,000 in their Zindigi accounts at the time of account opening to qualify for cashback.
2. Cashback Metrics
The cashback on monthly bill payments will be provided based on the following month-wise structure:

Note:
- Customers opting to pay three (3) months’ bill in advance are eligible for a one-time cashback of PKR 700 during the offer period.
3. Additional Cashback Offers
In addition to cashback on monthly Transworld-Home bill payments:
- Customers maintaining an average daily balance in a month can enjoy further cashback based on the following slabs:

4. General Conditions
- This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be combined with any other ongoing Zindigi or Transworld-Home promotions unless expressly specified.
- JSBL and Transworld-Home reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Offer, wholly or partly, at any time without prior notice.
- Eligibility for rewards is subject to maintaining the required balances and fulfilling all transactional criteria as outlined.
- Any fraudulent activity, misuse, or misrepresentation will lead to immediate disqualification from the Offer and may result in legal action.
- Taxes, duties, levies, or other charges (if any) applicable on the benefits/rewards under this Offer shall be borne solely by the customer.
- Disputes, if any, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
- These Terms are in addition to JSBL’s general Terms & Conditions for banking services and Transworld-Home Terms for internet services.
