How are points calculated?
Points are calculated based on your Z-Miles tier. The more you engage, the more points you can earn. The points allocation is as following:
- Blue Tier (2 Z-Miles on 100 Rs. Spent)
- Silver Tier (3 Z-Miles on 100 Rs. Spent)
- Gold Tier (4 Z-Miles on 100 Rs. Spent)
Can I redeem Z-Miles for rewards?
Absolutely! Once you’ve earned enough Z-Miles, you can redeem them for vouchers listed in the Z-Miles voucher catalog.
How do I redeem my points for vouchers?
Log in to your account, navigate to Z-Miles voucher section, and choose the voucher you’d like to redeem. Then simply tap on Apply Voucher when making a payment your total amount will be adjusted against your voucher’s value.
Are there any restrictions on redeeming Vouchers?
Vouchers are subject to availability and may change over time. Some vouchers may also have specific terms and conditions. Please review the voucher details carefully before redeeming.
Can I transfer or sell my Z-Miles to others?
No, Z-Miles are non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged, or combined with other users’ Z-Miles.
Can I lose my earned Z-Miles?
Z-Miles may expire if they are not used within 180 days. Check the program details for information on Z-Miles expiration.
What happens if the program is discontinued?
In the event of program discontinuation, Zindigi will provide a reasonable timeframe for users to redeem their earned Z-Miles for available vouchers.
