How it works?

The Mechanics of the Campaign for Zindigi Customers are provided below:

  • Each Zindigi customer is eligible for a maximum reward of PKR 2,000 per (calendar) month.
  • The maximum reward per transaction is 25% of the transaction amount.

The Mechanics of the Campaign for non-Zindigi Customers are provided below:

  • Each non-Zindigi customer is eligible for a max cash reward of Rs. 500 once.
  • Whatever is the 25% amount of the first transaction will be posted as cash reward.

Terms & Conditions For Zindigi Users:

  • Each Zindigi customer is eligible for a maximum reward of PKR 2,000 per (calendar) month
    • The maximum reward per transaction is 25% of the transaction amount
  • This offer is only valid for Zindigi customers by paying via QR at Select Zindigi Merchants
  • Reward will be posted on the next working day of the transaction during the campaign
  • Customers found conducting suspicious transactions shall not qualify for any reward
  • Zindigi reserves the right to alter or discontinue the campaign without prior intimation
  • This offer is valid for all segments other than M1 Merchants
  • Mai/Bibi/Khatoon accounts will not be eligible for reward
  • The campaign is valid till 15th Nov 2024

No, cashback is only available for customers who make a QR payment at select Zindigi registered Restaurant/Eatery/Café merchants.

When will I get my cashback?

Cashback will be posted after approval on the next working day.

Will I get cashback on each transaction?

For Zindigi Customers, you will get 25% cash reward up to PKR 2,000 which you can avail during a calendar month across multiple transactions.

For non-Zindigi Customer, you will get 25% cash reward up to PKR 500 on your first valid transaction. You will be eligible for this cash reward only once.

What is the maximum cashback I am eligible for?

For Zindigi Customers, 25% up to PKR 2,000 per month against each merchant that is part of the campaign

For non-Zindigi Customers, 25% up to PKR 500 one time against any merchant that is part of the campaign

What is the minimum spend per transaction required to qualify for Cash Reward?

Minimum of PKR 100 per transaction is required to qualify for a Cash Reward.
