Terms and Conditions

  • Only eligible USD transactions via IBAN or Paylink qualify
  • Transactions must be received during the campaign period (Oct 23 – Dec 22, 2025).
  • Cashback will be credited within 5 working days after funds are received.
  • Lucky draw will be conducted within 2 weeks after the campaign ends.
  • Grand prize (MacBook) will be awarded within 1 week after the draw.
  • Winners will be notified through official Zindigi communication channels only.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity will lead to disqualification.
  • Transactions deemed invalid, reversed, cancelled, or refunded will not qualify for cashback or lucky draw entries
  • Cashback rewards are capped at PKR 3,000 per transaction as per the specified tiers; cumulative cashback is unlimited based on transaction count.
  • Each qualifying transaction will be counted separately for cashback and lucky draw entries; however, only one cashback reward per transaction applies.
  • Zindigi reserves the right to verify the identity and transaction details of any participant and to request additional documentation to confirm eligibility.
  • Zindigi may extend, shorten, or modify the campaign duration and terms at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  • Any taxes, fees, or duties applicable on cashback or prizes are the sole responsibility of the participant and may be deducted at source as per the Bank’s policy.
  • Zindigi shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures or banking system outages.
  • The campaign and all related matters shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Zindigi x Transworld-Home promotion organized by Zindigi Powered by JS Bank. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Offer Details

  • Zindigi Customers paying their Transworld-Home internet bills through the Zindigi App will be eligible for cashback promotions.
  • The Offer is available to both Existing and New Customers.
  • Customers must have a minimum balance of PKR 8,000 in their Zindigi accounts at the time of account opening to qualify for cashback.
