When applying for Zindigi Ultra, the following documents would be required:
  • Mobile Number registered on your CNIC
  • Scan of Original ID Card - CNIC/SNIC/NICOP (front and back)
  • Latest Salary Slip/ Proof of Income/Employment Contract which reflects the employment details with level of income (last 3 months)/ Self-Declaration over company letter head
  • Latest Bank Account Statement
  • Maximum Balance Limit and withdrawal limit on Zindigi Ultra Account is PKR 1 Million. However, transaction limits can be increased by calling our Zindigi Helpline 051- 111-55 66 77

    Zindigi Ultra offers free of charge account opening.
    Step 1: Download Zindigi App and Sign-in Step 2: Select “Open Zindigi Ultra Account” in settings Step 3: Choose “Get Started” Step 4: Fill in all your details Step 5: Submit your application
    The turn-around-time for processing of an account is up to two business days.
    You may visit your nearest JS Bank branch after receiving an email intimation to get your Zindigi Ultra account biometrically verified.
    Yes, biometric verification process to be completed in 60 days. Your account will automatically be suspended on the 61st day in case you haven’t performed the biometric verification. You will be able to receive money but will not be able to make transactions.
    No, your current active mobile number must be registered against your CNIC/SNIC as per PTA in order to apply for Zindigi Ultra account. In case you do not have it registered in your CNIC, please contact your telecom service provider to get it transferred on your CNIC.
    Your application will fail in the verification. Your account will be marked and you shall receive intimation along with information on app on what documents not verified.
    Your account will not be opened and you can edit information by login into your Zindigi App or call our helpline 051- 111-55 66 77
