Zindigi account is guarded by a 4-digit secret MPIN code which is required for each transaction.You can add additional security layer by simply applying SMS or email OTP on transactions which must be entered from your Mobile number/email at the time of transaction.  The feature can be found in security setting menu of your Zindigi App.


It consists of 4 digits.

It should not be in ascending order (sequential).

It should not have more than 3 repeated characters.

It should not be an old PIN at the time of PIN Change.

You can change pin in security section in profile section

In case you forget your PIN, simply go to ‘FORGOT PIN’ on the login screen and follow the instructions to reset your PIN.
